ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.127 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi as against the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner died and the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
