This Criminal Original Petition is filed to aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1068 of 2015 in C.C.No.53 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar, dated 10.02.2015 and to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar to grant an adjournment to such a period as this Court may deem fit.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Advocate Commissioner's report has been filed and witness warrant has been executed and the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
