2. This Petition is filed by the accused in S.C.No.34 of 2012, to condone the delay of 12 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. We have perused the affidavit filed in support of the Interlocutory Application. The petitioner, in his Interlocutory Application, has given satisfactory reasons for condoning the delay. We are, therefore, of the view that the present application deserves to be allowed.
4. In the result, this application is allowed. The delay is condoned.
5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
