Defacto Complainant Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to expedite trial and split-up the case as against the petitioners (A1 & A3) and may be fixed to dispose the case within the stipulated time in S.C.No.454 of 2017.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to expedite trial and split-up the case as against the petitioners (A1 & A3) and may be fixed to dispose the case within the stipulated time in S.C.No.454 of 2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, to complete the trial pending in S.C.No.454 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
