RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.8681 of 2016 dated 7.6.2016 on the file of this Honourable High Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- The petitioner has come out with the present petition for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8681 of 2016, dated 07.06.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by the order dated 07.06.2016 directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for two weeks. The petitioner appeared before the respondent police from 21.06.2016 to 29.06.2016 and after that he has filed the modification petition on the ground that the respondent police pressurizing him to confess that he has committed the offence. Subsequently, he is complying the condition from 13.07.2016 to till date.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner already complied with the condition imposed by this Court, hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
