RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide the order dated 11.08.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10662 of 2017, on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.RAMALINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police are present.

2. A report dated 13.09.2017 received from Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai, reveals the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 07.08.2017 onwards.

3. The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
