Heard Mr.T.Padmanabhan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2.By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is a Mini Stage Carriage operator. He is aggrieved by an obstruction said to have been caused on the permit route. He therefore wants to take an alternative route. In this regard, he gave a representation dated 29.01.2018. 4.Considering the urgency of the matter, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
