Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURIYANARAYANAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11002 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.918 of 2019, dated 27.01.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is undergoing eye surgery and and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2133 of 2020 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11002 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.918 of 2019, dated 27.01.2020 is relaxed in toto.
