O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime NO.1 of 2010, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Peraiyur Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, the respondent herein and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.5 in Cr.No.1 of 2010 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 336 and 506(ii)I.P.C. and the accused Nos.1 to 3 were acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi in C.C.NO.39 of 2010, vide order dated 29.09.2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the admitted position, the proceedings in Crime No.1 of 2010, on the file of the respondent against the petitioner is quashed.
