ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. It is seen that there is a rival claim between the petitioner and the second respondent. The question pertains to acceptance of Form 7 submitted by the petitioner. Since the second respondent has raised objection, the matter has been taken up for enquiry by the first respondent.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that enquiry is yet to be held. Final order shall be passed by the first respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
