This petition has been filed to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.461 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in crime No.461 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 07.03.2015 and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.124 of 2015, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
