Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side)on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in the Criminal Original petition from 11.01.2017 onwards.
