Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first petitioner submitted that the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition in respect of the first petitioner alone. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.There is no representation for the second petitioner. 3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the first petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of the first petitioner.
