The Petitioner seeks to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.9 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam.

2. Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. instance, dispute their identity and that, they would appear before the trial court as and when required. Upon the petitioners doing so, the trial court may seek the presence of the petitioners before it, solely on the important hearing dates.
