Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Ramar, Addittional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from 17.07.2017 and investigation has not been completed.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, th earlier condition is relaxed and th petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
