ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the progress in the construction of the subject dining hall has started. Therefore, the petitioner is satisfied. Therefore, he submits that no further orders need be passed by this Court.
