ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Though the writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's application for survey dated 04.10.2024 and that no steps have been taken thereafter, today the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would bring to my notice that after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties, the date of survey was fixed as 07.02.2025. However, on 07.02.2025, neither the petitioner nor the interested parties chose to appear.

3.In view of the above, I do not see any requirement to issue any positive directions in the writ petition. This Writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh online application for seeking survey of the petitioner's land and remitting necessary charges. On such application being made, the second respondent shall fix a date for the said survey and after putting the petitioner as 2/4

well as any other interested person on notice, shall proceed to conduct a survey and conclude the proceedings by furnishing a copy of the survey report to the petitioner subject to any payment of charges that may be necessary in that regard. No costs.
