ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order, dated 10.10.2018 made in CMP.No.13 of 2017 in F.A.S.R.No.138 of 2016 passed by the Circuit Branch of State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that in the execution proceeding, the dispute has been settled and the amount has been given to the claimants and he has filed a full satisfaction memo before the concerned forum. However, the learned counsel prays for direction to direct the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount, which was deposited by them.

3. In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the revision petitioner to file an application before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai for 2/4

withdrawal of the amount and on such filing, the same shall be considered by the said State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai on its own merits in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
