ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.12 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No. 12 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
