ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action against the private respondents and conclude the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.01.2026.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.01.2026 and pass orders on merits and in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
