CR. NO.128/2016 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8046 of 2016 on 25.05.2016.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8046 of 2016, dated 25.05.2016, by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner is complying with the condition from 08.06.2016. 3.When this petition was taken up for hearing on 11.07.2016, the learned Govt. Advocate submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition after 29.06.2016 and at the request of counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner, this petition was posted today.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 11.07.2016 to 18.07.2016 and subsequently he did not comply with the said condition. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on him and accordingly this petition is dismissed. sd/- 25/07/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
