ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.57 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on information, a raid was conducted by the respondent police and that the petitioner was found in possession of 8 kgs of Ganja. After completing the formalities, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He is in judicial custody for more than 30 days. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that this is a third bail application. The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 19.05.2016 and there is no change in circumstances. He further submitted that the petitioner is sole accused and he is having one previous case in Cr.No.95 of 2014 for being found in possession of 100 kgs of Ganja. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
