ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents for conducting the survey and demarcation of petitioners land in S.No. 164/1B, ad-measuring 0.45.00 Ares and SNo. 199-2, Measuring 1.25.75 Hectares, in Varpattu Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, in Pudukkottai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2025, along with the sufficient protection to be granted by the fifth respondent in accordance with law.

2. It is reported that the petitioner has already submitted an application to survey the land and also paid the appropriate fees. Therefore, the fourth 2/4

respondent is directed to survey the land within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the third respondent is seeking any police protection from the fifth respondent for conducting the survey, the same shall be considered by the fifth respondent in accordance with law.
