ORDER

The petitioners, who are the accused Nos.A4 and A5 in Crime No.240 of 2021 have filed this application to quash the FIR pending against them.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation has been concluded and final report is about to be filed. 3.Since the investigation has already been concluded, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report. The first respondent Police is directed to file the final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.04.2024 NCC :
