[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15665 of 2021.

2.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, by filing typed set of papers, has submitted that one Ramakrishnan, who is the petitioner in the said Writ Petition, has filed W.P.(MD)No.9778 of 2023, challenging the eviction notice issued by the respondent, wherein this Court, vide order dated 24.04.2023, directed the Commissioner and the Executive Officer of Rameshwaram Municipality not to initiate any eviction proceedings. Further, the said Writ Petition is still pending. Therefore, the respondent is unable to comply with the order of this Court dated 18.10.2022. 3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
