ORDER

These writ petition has been filed to forbear the 1st and 2nd respondents from granting permission for the Fasting or Demonstration or Road Roko or any kind of agitation to be held by the 3rd respondent within the 1st respondent's jurisdiction on 28.02.2018 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2018.

2.Heard, Mr.RM.Arun Swaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that on 26.02.2018, a Peace Committee Meeting was held in which both the petitioner as well as the third respondent have participated and they have sorted out the issue between themselves and the third respondent has agreed that he will not conduct any Demonstration or Road Roko against the petitioner herein. He has also produced a copy of the decision taken in the said Peace Committee Meeting.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is disposed of.
