The writ petitioner is working as NMR, Mazdoor under the Engineer, Periyar Improvement Division No.7, Madurai. According to him, he has put in service for more than 10 years. Therefore, he seeks regularization. In this regard, he gave a representation on 13.09.2017.

2.The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
