This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.553 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.553 of 2017 and also filed final report before the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar and the same is not yet taken cognizance.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
