This petition has been filed, praying to set aside the final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithurai in C.C.No.35 of 2012 and thereby direct for further investigation of FIR in Crime No.902 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. law is well settled that for alteration of charges the petitioner can very well approach the jurisdictional Court. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the jurisdictional Magistrate for the said relief.
