Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned auction notice dated 10.02.2020 issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/61/2020 thereby fixing the auction for the petitioners respective shops in Column No.3 and 4 on 25.02.2020 at about 11.00 am in the office of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to permit the petitioners to run the shops as per the allotment made by him in the light of his notice dated 29.01.2020.

ORDER

It is informed by the learned Government Advocate that subsequently, auction has been conducted, in which the petitioners 2 to 13 had participated and they have also been successful and shops have been allotted to them. The petitioners 1, 14 and 15 have not participated in the auction.

2. In the light of the above, no further orders are required in the above writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 15.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No cp
