Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.POORNA CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of P.KANDASAMY,GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.This Court by order dated 22.12.2016 granted anticipatory bail, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. The order copy was made ready on 02.01.2017 and the petitioner failed to comply with the condition within the stipulated time and this petition is filed on 23.01.2017 with delay. 3.Considering the order passed in the Criminal Original petition, this petition stands dismissed.
