Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3709/A2/2017 dated 05.01.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to sanction ordinary annual increment during re-employed period of petitioner from 01.10.2007 to 31.03.2008, accordingly, fix the pay and disburse the equivalent pension with arrears of pension as per G.O.Ms.No.52 dated 27.02.2003.
