This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to transfer the Investigation in Crime No.201 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent police to any other officer under the monitoring of Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for State.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is not causing due enquiry in the matter. He therefore, seeks transfer of investigation. This petition shall stand dismissed with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
