ORDER

This petition has been filed, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to re-present the returned final report dated 12.12.2013 made in charge sheet No.242 of 2013 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Madurai in Crime No.81 of 2013, on the file of the 2nd respondent police station, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report got returned only on the ground of non-production of original documents. He further submitted that since the petitioner has not handed over the original document, they are not filed the final report with the original documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is directed to produce the original document to the respondents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the respondents are directed to file the final report within a period of two weeks.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
