ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.22415 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti.

2. Mr.L.Rajiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the pre-arrest bail was granted to the petitioner while he was on leave, and thereafter, the petitioner went back to Army and hence, he was not able to surrender. Hence, he 1/3

prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 07.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22415 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024. sd/- 17/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /02/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
