ORDER

The revision petitioner / plaintiff filed this revision to direct the VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of I.A.No.963 of 2019 in O.S.No.121 of 2019, which was filed by the respondent / defendant under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC to reject the plaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. Since the matter is pending from 2019, this Court directs the VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of I.A.No.963 of 2019 in O.S.No.121 of 2019, pending on its file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision is disposed of. No costs.
