ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the 1st petitioner is an ex-serviceman and petitioners 3 and 4 are Postgraduate teachers. Furthermore, it is a case of retaliatory murder, and initially there was a double murder. As on date, the petitioners herein are not accused in this case.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
