ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy in Cr.M.P.No.334 of 2022, dated 03.02.2022, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. except on Sundays until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 18.02.2022 onwards and that they are not able to appear before the respondent police daily twice.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 18.02.2022 onwards.

4.Considering the nature of the offence alleged and also the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.4302 of 2022 18.02.2022 onwards, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a week (i.e.) on every Monday and Friday at 06.00 p.m., until further orders and other conditions imposed by the trial Court shall remain unaltered. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy for further relaxation or modification. 5.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
