This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking change of investigation, pursuant to the case registered in Crime No.252 of 2014 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to give any relief as sought for by the petitioner. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
