(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) Heard Mr.A.Murugesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation dated 06.02.2025 seeking to complete the road laying work in the petitioner's street. Since the same is kept pending without any progress, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4.Considering facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner either in the representation or in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on 2/4
