O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct 2nd respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner.

2. The right to enjoyment of properties stands secured through decree of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai passed in O.S.No.127 of 2014 dated 24.11.2014. The petitioner has not obtained order copy of injunction. Hence, the rival parties are continuously harassing the petitioner and caused damage to the properties.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lives alone and suffers hindrance in putting up the compound wall to the said property.

5. In such circumstances, there shall a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner for fifteen days to put up the compound wall, at her own cost, on such dates required by the petitioner.
