Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.ANANTHAPADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the cases and of Government Advocate (Crl.Side) FOR VICILANCE AND ANTI CORRUPTION CASES for the Respondent in all the cases the court made the following order:- In these Miscellaneous Petitions, stay of all further proceedings in Spl.Case Nos.33,35,36, 7 and 38/2011, pending before the learned Special Judge, under Prevention of Corruption Act @ Madurai, is sought for. In the facts and circumstances, though this Court is not inclined to grant stay, however the plea for expeditions disposal is understandable and acceptable. In the circumstances the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent will file his counter. So that, the discharge petitions itself will be taken up for final disposal.
