ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the provisional assessment notice issued by the respondent and therefore, the writ petition is misconceived at this stage. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise objections to the provisional demand notice. On receipt of the same, the respondent shall consider the same and pass final assessment order, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
