2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.541 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, the case was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
