Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police are present.

2. A report dated 15.09.2017 received from Judicial Magistrate , Padmanabhapuram reveals the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 11.08.2017 to 05.09.2017 and from 07.09.2017 to 15.09.2017 and hence, he failed to appear on 06.09.2017.

3. The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is completed and

charge sheet was filed before the Court concerned.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required only on receipt of summons. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
