VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he filed a petition seeking modification in Crl.OP(MD)No.728 of 2023, dated 20.01.2023, now, he seeks time may be extended for a period of one week for execution of sureties.

2. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to extend one week time to execute sureties, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
