Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN,Government Advocate(Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.653 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and final report also filed before the concerned Court.
4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.653 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli on 01.03.2023 and thereafter, appear before the concerned Court, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.
