JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police are present. 2.A report dated 14.09.2017 received from Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai reveals the fact that the petitioners have complied with the daily condition from 17.08.2017 to 14.09.2017. 3.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation is still pending. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
