PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the 3rd respondent police to provide protection to protect the life, limb of the petitioner herein as well as her family members. O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent police to provide protection to the petitioner and her family members.
2. Due to property dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, the petitioner has given representations dated 23.11.2021 and 01.12.2021 to the third respondent seeking police protection and the same were not considered by the concerned respondent. Hence, this petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based upon the petitioner's representations, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and the intimation was also sent to the petitioner. Therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
