ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.16 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 07.02.2023, due to property dispute between the parties, the petitioner attacked the de-facto complainant's father with knife and when the same was prevented by the de-facto complainant, she and her son had also sustained injuries. Hence, the case.

Hence, he would seek for anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that due to property dispute between the parties, the petitioner attacked the de-facto complainant's father with knife and when the same was prevented by the de-facto complainant, she and her son had also sustained injuries. He would further submit that the injured has been treated as inpatient and hence, he would object for grant of anticipatory bail. 5.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.
6.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the injured is still treated as inpatient, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
